5. Late or Missing Refunds

- Contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
6. Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us with your order details.
7. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returning the item will be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective product).
