We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India. If your area is serviceable by our courier partners, your order will be delivered successfully.

2. Shipping Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and chosen shipping method:

  • Metro cities: 2–4 working days
  • Other areas: 4–7 working days

3. Shipping Charges

We offer:

  • Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹499
  • Flat ₹49 shipping fee on COD orders below ₹499

4. Tracking Information

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking number and courier details. You can track your shipment in real-time.

5. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

Delays may occur due to unforeseen events such as strikes, weather issues, or service provider backlogs. If your order is delayed beyond 10 working days, contact us immediately.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

We ensure secure packaging. If the product is delivered damaged or lost in transit, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement. Kindly raise a support ticket within 48 hours of delivery.
